Do they need to download anything?
No. It's a link that opens in the browser of any phone (iPhone or Android) or computer. No apps, no sign-ups.
What if they're bad at video games?

Can I schedule it for a specific day?

How do I know they opened it?
When you pay you get a private link (also by email). It shows when they open it, which prizes they unlock and what they reply at the end.
What if I lose my private link?
On the same phone it's on the home page ("Your surprise for…") and it's also in your payment email. If you still can't find it, use "Recover my link" at the bottom of the site.
What happens to the photos?
They're processed on your phone and only saved if you complete the purchase. They're used only for their gift, the link is private and never appears on search engines. You can delete everything whenever you want.
Can I change something after paying?
Yes. Names, prizes, letter, song and date can be edited from your private link, even after sending it.
