Who is responsible

NEOVEN LOGISTICS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming (USA), EIN 38-4347458, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 70000 #22370, Casper, WY 82609, USA. You can write to us at contact@lovingbirds.quest. Because we sell to people in the European Union, we apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

From the buyer: the email and name you enter at checkout. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider; we never see them.

Surprise content: names, photos, prizes, letter, song, opening date and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number.

From the recipient: when they open it, which prizes they unlock, their best score and the reply they write, if any.

Technical data: IP addresses are used temporarily for security and abuse prevention. Visit statistics are anonymous and aggregated, without cookies.

Why we use it and on what basis

To provide the service you buy: create the surprise, show it to whoever has the link and show you their progress (performance of a contract).

To email you about your purchase and, when enabled, when your surprise is opened or answered, and to resend your private links if you ask for them (performance of a contract). You can turn the updates off from your private link.

For security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest) and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We don't use your photos or text for advertising, we don't sell them and we don't use them to train AI models.

Other people's photos

By creating a surprise you confirm you have permission to use the photos of the people in it. Photos are only shown to whoever has the private gift link, which is not indexed by search engines.

If you appear in a surprise and want it removed, write to contact@lovingbirds.quest and we will disable it.

Who we share it with

Providers that help us run the service, under data processing agreements: Railway Corporation (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (emails). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Surprises that are never paid for are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Paid surprises are kept for 24 months after purchase and then deleted, unless you delete them earlier from your private link.

Billing data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to or restrict the processing of your data and request portability by writing to contact@lovingbirds.quest. You can also delete your surprise at any time from your private link.

If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your surprise draft and game progress locally so you don't lose them; you can clear them in your browser settings.

Minimum age

You must be an adult to buy. You must be at least 14 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
