What LovingBirds is

A digital service to create an interactive gift: a personalized mini game with photos, prizes and a letter, opened through a private link.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay and includes applicable taxes. It is a one-time payment: no subscriptions or later charges.

Payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt.

Delivery

The surprise is delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed: a link for the recipient and a private link for you. If you choose an opening date, the recipient sees a countdown until then.

Withdrawal and guarantee

Because this is digital content delivered immediately at your express request, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16.m).

Our guarantee still applies: if the surprise doesn't work because of a technical problem we can't fix, we refund you. Write to contact@lovingbirds.quest within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not upload illegal, sexual, violent or offensive content, images of minors in inappropriate contexts, photos of people without their permission, or content meant to harass or deceive anyone.

We may disable surprises that break these rules without a refund.

Your content

What you upload is yours and you are responsible for it. You give us permission only to store it and show it to whoever has the link, solely to provide the service.

Availability

Your surprise stays available for 24 months (2 years) after purchase, on any plan. After that it is deleted together with its photos. We may improve the game and design in the meantime.

Liability and governing law

We are responsible for the service working properly within reason. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA); if you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
